ALIVE AND WELL CHECKS
BWI performs Alive & Well Checks for several major insurance companies nationwide. Mostly used in workers’ Comp and disability claims, an Alive & Well Check and confirm if the claimant should still be eligible to collect benefits.
When an Alive & Well Check is assigned to BWI, one of our investigator’s will immediately attempt to meet with the claimant in person. An interview is then conducted to confirm:
- Current Residence
- Employment Status
- Health/Injury Status
- Treatment
If claimant is receiving checks The claimant’s identity is confirmed and photos are obtained.
